Rebuilding Renewal: An Analysis of State Investment in Gateway Cities and a Work Plan for Delivering Transformative Development
Massachusetts needs to invest in its Gateway Cities through projects that catalyze significant private investment leading to the renewal of entire downtowns and urban neighborhoods. That would include strategic investment in economic development and housing, which currently represents just 14 percent of the state's investment in Gateway Cities.
