We have several business groups that offer a broad range of expertise and services. Our two research groups, Applied Research and Program Evaluation and Economic & Public Policy Research provide their clients with comprehensive research and analysis. Our two early childhood education-focused groups, the Head Start National Center on Program Management & Fiscal Operations and the New England Head Start Training & Technical Assistance network provide resources to Head Start programs across New England and the nation. Masshire Greater Brockton Career Center provides business services and workforce development in the Brockton, MA region. The University of Massachusetts Civic Initiative provides democracy education to an international clientele representing several continents. Organizational & Community Solutions (OCS) partners with mission-driven organizations, public agencies, and community groups to create cultures and systems that advance learning, effectiveness, impact and sustainability.
Approximately 125 staff are located throughout the Commonwealth with main offices in Boston, Hadley, Shrewsbury, and Brockton and also outside of Massachusetts. They work with a diverse portfolio of clients to solve immediate and real-world needs.
