Simply teaching service skills without addressing the importance of attitudes and motive will seldom, if ever, result in long-term behavior change.
Executive Briefing on October 12 in Boston
The Institute and Integrity Solutions invites you to attend an Executive Briefing of their approach to building a customer service-focused culture.
