Hodge to discuss Pioneer Valley business growth at Mass Economic Development Council conference
Dan Hodge, director of Economic and Public Policy Research at the UMass Donahue Institute, will discuss business growth and economic conditions in Western Massachusetts’ Pioneer Valley at the Massachusetts Economic Development Council’s annual conference, taking place October 4 at Gillette Stadium.
Hodge’s discussion will center on the Pioneer Valley Growth Business Study, a report he recently presented which looked at small- to medium sized businesses in Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin Counties and gauged post-recession employment and hiring levels.
