For more than two decades, the MassHire Greater Brockton Career Center has been helping businesses across the region grow, adapt, and succeed. Operated by the UMass Amherst Donahue Institute, the Career Center’s Business Services Team offers a comprehensive suite of workforce solutions—at no cost to employers.
Serving Brockton and 10 surrounding communities, the team partners with more than 600 local companies each year, providing support at every stage of the business cycle. Whether employers are looking to recruit new talent, upskill their workforce, or navigate challenging transitions such as layoffs, MassHire GBCC delivers tailored programs, grants, and services designed to meet their needs.
