State Economic Outlook "Rests on Precarious Footing", Declares MassBenchmarks Editorial Board

From the introduction:
"Economic indicators for the Commonwealth are generally positive, including employment, unemployment, and output. In spite of this, there is a sense that the state economic outlook rests on precarious footing. This largely reflects the uncertain outlook for the global economy, and a recent slowing of U.S. economic growth", writes the Editorial Board of MassBenchmarks (from its meeting on April 29, 2016).
