EO418 Community Development Plan and Supplemental Information for the Master Plan of June 2002 for the Town of Erving, MA

This report addresses two major issues of concern to the Town of Erving: redevelopment of a prominent brownfield site and the promotion of affordable housing. The study provides an overview of the historical context, physical layout and features and regulatory factors that will affect the redevelopment of the Usher Plant in Erving, MA. The study also provides an analysis of the housing supply in the Town, offering specific recommendations to promote the development of affordable housing.
