Guest Opinion: Human services workforce crisis threatens our families, friends, and neighbors
Nancy R. Munson, CEO of Bristol Elder Serivces, Inc., wrote an op-ed regarding the finding of the recently report, "Who Will Care: The Workforce Crisis in Human Services", which was released by the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute and UMass Dartmouth.
She talks about some of the reports notable findings including an expected decrease in the coming years of available workers and the concurrent rise of state residents that will require human service care.
