Study offers ways to find more life sciences workers

The University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute released its final version of a $250,000 study on how the state could help life sciences companies find qualified employees. Among the recommendations: Produce and retain more graduate students with interdisciplinary training, improve vocational training, and encourage younger students to consider careers in science and technology. The study, sponsored by the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council and the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center, is here. (Todd Wallack)
