MassBenchmarks: State economy nears 'full capacity'; impact of Trump unknown
In the most recent issue of MassBenchmarks "Excerpts from the Board", the Massachusetts economy is referred to as being "at full capacity" which includes the evidence that the statewide unemployement rate reflects only those people who are both actively looking for work but are only in transition between jobs and not the long-term unemployed who are actively job-seeking.
