Approved with $45,000 in funding, the effort will combine Census data with local records and infrastructure indicators to capture year-round, summer, and shoulder-season population shifts. The findings will provide critical insight to support long-range planning, infrastructure, and service delivery in a community marked by dramatic seasonal swings.
