Iraqi students to again hold benefit for Amherst Senior Center Friday night
As a part of an annual summer public policy program run by the University of Massachusetts Civic Initiative, a group of visting Iraqi scholars will host a cultural presentation about Iraq at the Monkey Bar at Bistro 63 in Amherst. All donations by attendees will benefit the Amherst Senior Center. This is the fourth year the visiting students have assisted the senior center with this event and also through their hands-on help with the meals on wheels program.
