Education Task Force Plans Presentations of Phase 1 Report
On November 12, the first phase of an evaluation of the state of education in Berkshire County was presented to a task force of regional school and government officials.
The report addressed the widely held understanding that enrollment in local schools had been declining while the costs of education have steadily risen. A summation of the report will be immediately share with 40 different school administrations.
Phase 2 will look into "actionable" measure to address the issues laid out in the report.
