Pakistan Truck Art in Amherst, America
Ken LeBlond, Umass Donahue Insitute's Marketing Communications Manager, wrote a column in the Daily Parliament Times about the Pakistan-themed bus in Amherst, Massachusetts. In 2018, Mr. LeBlond led the project to convert a local bus into a moving mural of "truck art". The artists, from Phool Patti, toured the U.S. spreading the word about "softer side" of Pakistan. The bus was also the centerpiece to a recent Pakistani cultural event on May 2.
